At times these 8th graders were challenged by their school work, missed their friends, or needed their school routine, but one thing is for certain - if there were ever a group of students that can quickly adapt and show us all how to overcome...it is this 8th grade class of 2020. They've shown what it means to conquer the challenges of distant learning and although they ended the year in a not so normal way, they have proven that they are rock stars and are ready to take on whatever high school throws their way.

On May 15th and 16th the St. Rita PTO & School Volunteers made a special delivery to each 8th grader. Many have shared this moment with us through photos.

Congratulations Kindergarten Class of 2020!May I present to you the Saint Rita kindergarten class of 2020. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

These kids left school on March 13 not knowing that they would not be returning for the rest of the year. They never got to say goodbye to each other. They never got to experience all the fun activities and events that come at the end of the year. But through it all, they kept up with their schoolwork, they challenged themselves every day, and they proved that they are so much stronger than any global pandemic. Please help me congratulate these rockstars. They deserve all the love and praise we can give!

To my students, my kiddos, my sweethearts...I love you and I couldn’t be more proud of you.
