Last year, students received more than $13 million dollars in tuition assistance to attend one of the nine high schools within the Archdiocese of Louisville Catholic Schools. Our secondary schools are dedicated to making their exceptional education and faith-based community accessible to all families, regardless of their income level. While this tuition assistance total includes contributions from the Archdiocese and the Catholic Education Foundation (CEF), most funding is provided by the high schools themselves.
The process is simple. Families complete ONE online application for all their children, regardless of whether they attend one or multiple schools. Applications must be submitted through the web link provided by your high school by the high school deadline to be considered in the first round of applications. For application assistance, contact your child’s school directly.
- October 15: FACTS management application link is available from your high school.
- Check with your high school as to the due date for the tuition assistance application, as it varies from school to school. PLEASE NOTE: If you have children in both elementary and high school, it is important to apply by November 30 of each year, so that all of your children are on ONE form. This will ensure that the determination of need for your family is complete.
- The first week of March of each year: Catholic high schools will notify families of their tuition assistance awards.
